Custom Watercolor Illustration for a Wedding Anniversary Card

I was commissioned by a private client to create a custom watercolor illustration for a special wedding anniversary card.

For this project, I worked from a treasured vintage photograph of the couple taken many years ago when they were young. I recreated the photograph as a watercolor portrait, turning a special memory from their past into a personalized piece of artwork to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

I always enjoy creating illustrations that have a personal story behind them. Whether it’s for a wedding, anniversary, or another special occasion, custom artwork can be a beautiful way to preserve a meaningful memory and create something that can be treasured for years to come.

It was very special to bring this old photograph to life again through watercolor and to be a small part of such a meaningful celebration!
